Welcome to The Lisbon Hotel. By booking a stay with us or using our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please review them carefully.

1. Booking & Reservations

Guests must be at least 18 years old to book a room.
A valid government-issued photo ID and payment method are required at check-in.
Bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
Rates are subject to change prior to booking confirmation.

2. Payments

For first-time guests, we accept cash or Zelle only at the time of booking.
For all future payments or extensions, we require money orders only—no cash or Zelle will be accepted after the initial payment.
We charge a flat fee per stay. No taxes or additional fees will be added beyond the agreed rate.
No deposit

3. Check-In / Check-Out

Check-in time: 9:00 am
Check-out time: 11:00 AM
Early check-in or late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

4. Pet Policy

Cats and small dogs are welcome in designated rooms.
Guests must provide proof of rabies vaccination at check-in.
Pets must not be left unattended and must be leashed or in a carrier in public areas.
A non-refundable pet fee may apply.
Guests are responsible for any damage or cleaning costs resulting from their pet’s stay.

5. Guest Responsibilities

Guests are expected to maintain reasonable noise levels and respectful behavior.
No smoking is allowed in rooms or indoor areas.
Damage to property may result in additional charges.

6. Privacy & Data Use

7. Liability Disclaimer

The Lisbon Hotel is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings during your stay. We recommend securing valuables.
